Shipping Policy

At NYC , we’re committed to getting your batteries to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Ground Shipping

All orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground service from our US-based warehouse.

  • Processing Time:1 business day (orders placed before 2:00 PM ET)
  • Delivery Time:2-5 business days after shipment
  • Tracking:Provided via email once your order ships

Same-Day Shipping

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will ship the next business day.

Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: All orders over $35 qualify for free standard ground shipping.

Standard Shipping: Orders under $35 incur a flat shipping fee of $4.99.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total.

Shipping Restrictions

Important: Battery Shipping Regulations

Due to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations regarding battery shipment:

Ground Shipping Only – All battery shipments must travel via ground transportation. Air shipping is not available for safety and regulatory compliance reasons.

US Contiguous States Only – We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States.

We Cannot Ship To:

  • Hawaii (HI)
  • Alaska (AK)
  • US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.)
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • PO Boxes (physical street addresses only)

If your shipping address falls into any restricted category, your order will be canceled and refunded.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

  1. Shipment confirmation email with tracking number
  2. Carrier information(USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
  3. Estimated delivery date

You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages lost or stolen after successful delivery confirmation
  • Delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@nycbatterywholesale.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Look around your delivery location (porches, garages, etc.)
  3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as “delivered” prematurely)
  4. Contact us at support@nycbatterywholesale.com and we’ll work with the carrier to investigate

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and products
  2. Contact us at [support email] within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you

Delivery Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • High-volume shipping periods (holidays)

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. However, we’re happy to work with you to track down delayed packages.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Before Shipment: If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us immediately at support@nycbatterywholesale.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please refer to our Return Policy if you need to return your order after delivery.
